Because business travel reservations are frequently cancelled or changed, we offer Wing Mate Ticket Voiding Service. 
With this service, we can void issued tickets without an Airline penalty fee. Issued tickets must be voided by the following day by 11:30pm (EST).

At Wing Mate, we do NOT charge a service fee for Exchanges, Refunds or Voiding of tickets  (Airline penalties  may still apply).

Automatic flight insurance up to $500,000 comes with all flight tickets purchased through Wing Mate. No paper work / extra fees are necessary!

Even after purchasing ticket, if  you are on a waiting list or could not reserve your preferred seat, our CRS (Customer Relations Service) Department will monitor to confirm your seat several times a day until your departure.

Monthly Dollar Savings Report
This report is a record of all transactions from the previous month. The report shows statistical information, such as the amount of money you  have saved on flight tickets purchased through Wing Mate Travel. 

Depending on your needs,  we can also create customized reports showing your company's spending on each traveler  or  each  airline.  Upon your request, we can also create a Travel Policy Report (Separate charge applies).  Please consult with our Sales Department to know more about how these  reports can benefit your company's    efficient business travel planning.

Your confidential frequent flyer numbers, hotel/rent-a-car membership plans, special requests such as seat preference, mileage accumulations, and courtesy passport validity check (renewal service), etc.

We store your confidential personal profile in safety of our secure database system and update them twice a year for your convenience.

In order to save your time by avoiding having you mention your frequent flyer numbers, any other membership plans and seating preferences each time you make a travel arrangement with us, we would like to store your information in our database.

Our data base systems are linked with each airline and vendor's computer system and your information is transferred and recorded automatically and accurately.
